Report an issue

Please include the plugin name and version, AI application and device or operating system, whether the issue occurs in a new conversation, what you expected, what happened, and the smallest steps that reproduce it. A redacted screenshot or small synthetic example is helpful.

Do not send passwords, API keys, authentication tokens, identity documents, customer datasets or confidential game assets. Replace private content with a minimal example. If more information is needed, we will agree an appropriate way to provide it.

We review requests as capacity allows. No guaranteed response time or service-level agreement is offered. Host account, billing and connector-access issues may need the relevant provider's support team.

Privacy and security reports

Send privacy requests to support@sparkongames.com. Describe the information concerned and your relationship to it; proportionate identity verification may be needed before responding. We cannot delete data held only by your AI provider or connected services.

Report suspected security issues privately to support@sparkongames.com, using the subject Sparkore security report. Do not send live credentials or publish sensitive reproduction details in public issue trackers.
